Customers can order online and collect their paid for items at our warehouse. Please allow 48 hours for us to have your order ready. We will require to see identification and the card used for payment. You can collect your order from: 75 Barrie Road, Hillington, Glasgow, UK, G52 4PX.

If you fail to return the products to us, we will be entitled to charge your for the reasonable costs of collecting the products from you. We have the right to deduct these expenses from any refund owed to you
If you do not return the products delivered to you or fail to pay the delivery costs (if applicable), we reserve the right to deduct the direct costs of recovering the products from the amount due to be re-credited to you.
Mr Deng Ltd has the right to cancel orders in the event that (i) we do not have sufficient stock to satisfy your order (ii) a product/products you ordered were listed incorrectly or priced incorrectly. If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email or letter and refund any amount deducted by us from your payment card within 14 days of your order.

Any credit/debit card being used needs to belong to the customer. If the issuer of your card denies authorisation of payment, Mr Deng Limited will not accept your order and we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery. We are not responsible for any incurred bank charges due to the processing or your order.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calender days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. This includes the surface fill being intact. Should the surface film be removed we are unable to offer a refund as the products are not fit for resale.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. Items must be returned undamaged, unused and unaltered. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you've used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact our customer support team.

In the event that a customer requires their order to be re-delivered, the customer accepts that they are responsible for covering that cost.
